Regarding Installation of MiraPhone |
A message saying that device cannot be initialized is displayed. |
The serial port might not be connected correctly.
Make sure that the serial port is connected to keyboard or
mouse port; and check if the power is on. In addition,
make sure that the serial port is configured correctly
on MiraPhone program by selecting Menu->Setting. |
Regarding Login |
Clicking ¡®Log In¡¯ button in the login screen does not move to next screen. |
Network might have a problem. Make sure your Internet connection and reconnect. |
A message ¡®ID is already used by some other user¡¯ pops up. |
When connection with server is
lost while using MiraPhone, the login status is still left over in server side
fro approximately 1 minute. Trying to log in at this moment displays the message above.
In this case, please wait for a minute and log in again. Otherwise, your ANI number
and password is used by some other user.
Keep your password secret and if it is known to others change it through the customer center. |
Regarding Calls between MiraPhones |
¡®Dial¡¯ button is pressed but ¡®Not able to connect¡¯ message is displayed. |
The call receiver might not be logged in yet or
the ANI number does not exist. Make sure the ANI number and try again. |
When ¡®Dial¡¯ button is pressed ¡®Line is busy¡¯ message is displayed. |
The receiver is talking with others on MiraPhone.
Wait until the receiver hangs up and try again. |
Regarding calls between MiraPhone and regular phones
(local/long-distance/mobile/overseas calls) |
Cannot make a call to regular phones. |
Calling a regular phone from MiraPhone is charged by default.
When your payment option is prepayment, if you do not have sufficient account balance,
calls cannot be made. Make sure the balance amount and recharge the prepayment account.
In addition, even if you have positive account balance, if the remaining amount is less
than the basic service rate, calls cannot be made. |
Only caller or receiver can hear the voice of the other. |
This happens on NAT or private networks. Click ¡®Settings¡¯ in the menu
and change the mode from ¡®Automatic Mode¡¯ to ¡®Route Mode¡¯ and save the setting.
If the problem is not solved by changing the setting, please contact the customer center. |
